Who is behind PWR + CTRL
I'm Erika, mom of four, military spouse, cybersecurity professional, and movement coach building something real. I earned certifications across personal training, Pilates, stretch coaching, wellness, and nutrition coaching because I believe you deserve a coach who actually knows what she's doing. PWR + CTRL was built on the belief that every body deserves to move well for life.
